Jūrmala Museum will tell visitors about the beginning and development of Jūrmala resort from the end of the 18th century till the end of 20th century. The exhibition halls of the Jūrmala Museum host an average of 20 different art and cultural history exhibitions a year, and the museum also hosts creative events and workshops for children. Various original Jūrmala souvenirs can be obtained in the museum souvenir shop.

Exhibition of works by Talsi artists “Krūmu zvaigznājs” | Jūrmala Museum
The Talsi artists’ group, which calls itself “Talsi Krūmu mākslas grupu”, was formed in the 1980s, when like-minded people in art met. The artists’ group has been operating as a stable and recognizable unit for more than 40 years, maintaining an intense and vibrant artistic environment around itself, attracting new members to the group over the years and developing into a strong artistic unit. The exhibition Krūmu zvaigznājs will feature the latest works of 13 Talsi painters, graphic artists, sculptors and photographers.
Exhibition authors: Uldis Balga – photographer, fire sculpture creator, head of the Talsi Photo Club, Andris Biezbārdis – painting, objects, Laura Feldberga – installations, performances, graphic works, painting, Ojārs Arvīds Feldbergs – sculptor, head of the Pedvāle Art Park, Gunta Kalsere – painter, Baiba Kalna – graphics, painting, head of the Tiņģere Manor, Dainis Kārkluvalks – photographer, Tatjana Krivenkova – painter, Guna Millersone – painter, Elmārs Orniņš – painter, architect, Zigurds Poļikovs – painter, Modris Sapuns – painter-naivist, Andris Vītols – painting, objects.
