Konkordija Brewery is one of the newest additions to Jūrmala’s local craft beer scene – a family-run business that embodies tradition, warmth, and skilled craftsmanship. The brewery was founded with the aim to create beer that is not just a beverage, but a character-rich experience – natural, sincere, and full of stories.

The name Konkordija wasn’t chosen at random – it stands for unity and harmony, and it’s more than a metaphor: the brewery’s very first beer was born on Konkordijas Street. Brewmaster and founder Mārtiņš Zilgalvis approaches his craft as a way of life – with respect for the ingredients, the process, and the people who will enjoy the final result.

Each bottle captures the feeling of Jūrmala – a warm evening by the sea, the sound of waves, a picnic in the sand, and a sunset painted in amber tones. If this beer had a personality, it would be the old Jūrmala fisherman – friendly, humorous, and full of tales with every sip.

The brewery operates on a pre-arranged schedule, but visitors are always welcome – just be sure to call ahead. In addition, kvas brewing workshops are available for those curious to explore the art of fermentation in a creative, hands-on way.
