FISH SMOKING, FISH TASTING "THURSDAY FISH DAY"

The Jūrmala Open-Air Museum will organise a "Thursday - Fish Day" events cycle. The event will include a fish smoking demonstration, the opportunity to get into the preparation process and to taste hot smoked fish.
