Jurmala Cup Water Motorsport Competition

 An international speedboat competition will take place in the waters of the Lielupe near the Slokas paper mill, in which the region's strongest and fastest water motorsports athletes will participate.
The competition will be especially important, because the new season of the Latvian Water Motorsports Federation (LŪMSF) will be officially opened in Jūrmala. Spectators will have the opportunity to watch powerful speedboats, exciting maneuvers and an intense fight for the first awards of the season.

• The competition starts at 12:00. The competition entries will take place throughout the day.
• Not only the best pilots in Latvia will participate in the competition, but also strong speedboat racers from neighboring countries.
• The competition course has been created in Lielupe, ensuring excellent visibility for spectators from the shore and access for competitors to speedboats in the territory of the Slokas paper mill.
• Various boat classes - from youth disciplines to prestigious and super-powerful speedboats. Jurmala Formula 2 pilots will delight the spectators with exciting battles.

The Latvian Water Motorsports Federation emphasizes that Jurmala and Lielupe are historically significant places for this sport, offering both a technically challenging water area for athletes and a comfortable and transparent environment for fans. The competition organizers promise an exciting battle in each race and invite everyone to enjoy the speed and water splashes in person.
