  • If a beach wedding is planned and the wind is too strong, it is advisable to choose a location where seating can be rearranged among the dunes or, if necessary, relocate the ceremony indoors while maintaining the scheduled time.

• Approval of the ceremony venue:

  • If the wedding ceremony takes place on municipal property in Jūrmala (such as a beach, dune area, etc.), a request must be submitted to inform the local municipality and obtain approval.
  • If the ceremony is held on private property, no municipal approval is required.

• Vehicle use:
