Nutritionists have already agreed that drastic, restrictive diets are not the right way to go to lose excess weight - this is how only health can be lost. The health promotion program "For Good Shape and Wellness" provides an opportunity to try on healthy lifestyle habits under the supervision of specialists, which includes physical activity, procedures for health and relaxation, and dietary nutrition. Participants of the program are fed according to a dietary menu developed by nutritionist Ilze Lutere (4 meals overall 1000 kcal), regain strength, restart, also say goodbye to some extra kilogram and enjoy the lightness that takes over the body and thoughts day after day. Have a beautiful start to a healthy lifestyle!

Programme: 3 days/2 nights or 5 days/4 nights.

The offer includes:

• Accommodation;
• Meals 4 times a day;
• Doctor's consultation;

• Healthy diet programme – low-calorie detox diet therapy – 4 times a day;
