The concept of the object is related to the song of the Latvian riflemen "Ķemermiestiņā" and the story of Ķemeru Anniņa is created as a modern allegory about the essence of a woman in the context of the ages. The authors of the environmental object are Kaspars Līdums and Mārtiņš Rozenfelds.

The sculpture is 3.5 meters high, made of laser-cut aluminum plates, and placed in the center of the square, where it can be viewed from different points of view. The object's layered construction creates an optical illusion – looking at the sculpture from different angles, the image's silhouette changes. The irregular form is a reference to the various interpretations of the myth that converge in the character of Ķemeru Annina. The sculpture depicts a young woman walking, her pose expressing melancholy and lightness. The figure is purposely designed without a pedestal to blend into the environment and emphasize the casualness and intimacy of the depicted moment. The square has also been landscaped in the project - benches and lanterns have been installed and greenery has been planted.
