The hotel "Valencia" building is an antique mansion built in 1907 - an architectural monument of Jurmala, which has been completely renovated in 2007. In the main building there are nine comfortable rooms, equipped with bathrooms and cable TV. Multiple rooms also have a kitchen and refrigerator, apartment type room with a fireplace and a washing machine are also available.

The hotel's new wing has 5 rooms with balconies. There is free parking for guests, wireless Internet, a Russian sauna complex. The hotel can be used to organize conferences and other events.
