Jūrmala Cycling Marathon is traditionally one of the largest road cycling events in Latvia. Cyclists and sports enthusiasts will have access to three road cycling courses. Each participant will be awarded with special commemorative medals from Jūrmala at the finish line. There will also be an extensive entertainment programme for both participants and visitors.

JŪRMALA FESTIVAL

From 13 to 20 July, Jūrmala Festival, the biggest musical event of the summer, will take place at Dzintari Concert Hall, bringing together outstanding Latvian and foreign musicians for a series of magnificent concerts. The concerts will feature world-renowned violinist Kristīne Balanas, jazz pianist Julian Joseph (UK), tenor Aleksandrs Antoņenko, singer Jānis Šipkēvics, Jūrmala Festival Orchestra, Liepāja Symphony Orchestra and many others. Special festival guests will be the Barcelona Flamenco Ballet from Spain. There will also be the most beautiful opera arias and a concert "Born in Latvia" with the participation of big and rising stars.

Artists of different styles, accompanied by the Laima Festival Orchestra, will create exciting musical performances.

Outstanding dancers from Latvian and foreign ballet troupes will perform at Dzintari Concert Hall in the festival "Ballet Stars in Jūrmala".
